Craig Boyd Lofthouse

WELLSVILLE, Utah - Craig Boyd Lofthouse, age 52, loving husband and father, passed way due to complications of a horse accident.
Craig was born Feb. 28, 1958, to Boyd and Joan Schiess Lofthouse in Logan, Utah. He was the oldest child of three children, Jay Lofthouse and Suzanne Lucherini (Todd). He married Belynn Biondich on Sept. 15, 1979, and had two daughters, Maddie Jo and Casey Jo (C.J.) Rowley (Tyler). Craig graduated from Logan High School and attended Utah State University on a wrestling scholarship.
Craig Loved helping and teaching others. He coached girl's soccer and young bowlers on Saturday mornings in Logan and Northern Utah. Because of his love for bowling, he became a certified coach and taught bowling classes for Utah State University and was the coach of the Utah State University bowling team club. He umpired Little League baseball and softball. Craig also helped Maddie and C.J. raise sheep and horses for 4-H. He loved training and riding horses. Craig was a member of the LDS Church.
Craig is survived by his wife, Belynn, two daughters, Maddie Jo Lofthousoe and Casey Jo (Tyler) Rowley; parents Boyd and Joan Schiess Lofthouse; brother Jay and sister Suzanne Lucherini (Todd); father-in-law Mathew Biondich; mother-in-law Bobbie Biondich; two brothers-in-law, Mathew and Louis (Mechelle) Biondich, and a large extended family.
Craig has touched many lives and will be greatly missed.
Graveside services will be held Monday, Nov. 8, 2010, at 11 a.m. at the Paradise Cemetery in Paradise, Utah. A viewing will be held Sunday evening, Nov. 7, 2010, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Allen-Hall Mortuary, 34 E. Center St. in Logan, Utah. No viewing will be held on Monday.
